Where do you deliver?
We launch in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and its neighborhoods, with more cities planned. Enter your addresses when you book and we'll confirm availability instantly.
How fast can a delivery happen?
Same-day and express options are available. Actual timing depends on distance, traffic and driver availability, and you'll see a live estimated arrival time as soon as a driver is assigned.
Who are the drivers?
Drivers are independent contractors who use their own vehicles. Before receiving deliveries each driver completes onboarding - license and vehicle insurance documents, background verification and a contractor agreement - and must be approved by our operations team.
How does pricing work?
Each delivery is priced from a base fee plus distance, with optional add-ons for extra stops, priority, oversized packages and waiting time. You see the full breakdown before you book. Volume pricing is available on request.
Can my customers track their delivery?
Yes. Recipients get a secure tracking link by text message - no account or app needed - with live driver location, status timeline, estimated arrival and proof of delivery.
What can't be delivered?
Items that are illegal, hazardous or restricted are not accepted. Pharmacy and health-related deliveries are limited to items that may legally be delivered by courier and can require recipient code verification. See the delivery terms for details.
Do you integrate with my store?
You can create deliveries in the dashboard, import orders by CSV, connect Shopify, or use our REST API. More integrations (WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce, Square, Etsy) are on the roadmap.
How does billing work?
New accounts pay by card, authorized when a delivery is created. Approved businesses can move to consolidated monthly invoicing. Every charge appears in your billing dashboard and downloadable invoices.
